Best advice for you O.P. is to invite them over for a BBQ,and make them friends of yours, nobody wins in a war,all the crap they are doing will stop at that point.

With zero proof that’s such a bitch ass move. Even with proof letting the police handle is all that’s needed. Ruin someone’s livelihood over this is dumb. You think it’s bad now wait till they don’t have a job and nothing but time sitting right next door all pissed off.

Bunch of Billy Badasses in this thread. Smh

Do you have photos to put up of the actual keying?

To have a truck disassembled for a full on paint job indicates a pretty intense, time consuming, most every panel keying effort.

Easier to repaint than to try and blend was the reason.
There is a plus to this.... a lot of the blazing blue pearl paint jobs Toyota did sucked ass.

Yea, I get the repaint vs blend. Good shop to pull it down that far though. Most wouldn't have taken it to that level.

Thanks. I dropped out early after the whacky talk started and didn't want to wade back through looking for something.

So uh, why don't these neighbors like OP? I'm not saying it's something he did or anything, but I've lived next to all manner of people but none of them tried to be this openly shitty to me unless I gave them a reason. Usually neighbors just try some passive aggressive BS like the snow shoveling

The solution is to move. I write from experience on this. Some cities have an on online crime map where you can see dots on the map for where the police were called out. The big thing to check is the stats of the elementary school for the neighborhood. Check for percent below performance for a given grade. Also check the percentage enrolled in the school lunch program. Staying put in a crumbling neighborhood can actually be a very expensive mistake. Understand an okay neighborhood can go to complete shit in one year.

I would've gone with a custom color if they have to touch that much anyway.

Bitch ass move is what they did. According to OP's responses it sure smells like they did it. They had a motive and when confronted, hesitated. Use your logic, why would some Joe-blow venture out of his way into someone's property to key a vehicle? Co-incidence? I don't think so. Obviously all of the responses here are just speculations and opinions, ultimately OP would have to choose the right (for him) course of actions, but since he posted it on a public forum we're all entitled to voice ours.
