That was what was implied. Everyone thinks that if you're wronged you're allowed to deal out lethal justice. Your life isn't in danger, end of story. What are you going to do, shoot them while they run away? If so, enjoy your prison sentence.

Sorry OP that's really shitty, friend of mine has a viper alarm and he likes it.

On a different note I was laughing so much after watching this that my gf checked that I was ok.

Yes, in Ca if someone wants it more than you, they are entitled to have it/ take it. This isn't Texas where you are allowed to defend your property.

I like to threaten people with rape, because not everyone is afraid to get shot, but everyone is afraid to get raped.

Sort of like if your daughter is going on her first date. Whats more scary for the young man, a dad cleaning his gun, or a dad sitting on a couch with a shirtless big hairy dude wearing cutoff shorts watching BET. All you have to say is, whatever you do to her, I'm a do to you.

Sorry to hear OP. I know how it feels.
This happened to me just 2 weeks after getting my truck. All they got from me was a bottle of water though.

Reminds me of one of my breakins in San Francisco, the person stole a partial case of pelligrino off the back seat.. That was the last time I left anything of any value in my truck. Strangely the same window (rear passenger) was smashed again a few days later in another break in, in a different part of the city. The new replacement window still had the sticker on it when it was smashed.
Sucks for the OP. What really bites us these guys cause tons of damage $ when doing this. The windows were a pain and costly/time to replace, and the third time I was burglarized the guy jammed a screwdriver into the drivers door key hole.

Truck is unlocked out side and most of the time keys are in the ignition. So if you can get past the dogs barking. And start the truck and get down the drive and speed out of town it's yours. But just remember you low life scum there is lots of deep holes out on the desert with your name on them. There's only 3 ways out of town and I have them all covered. I would leave the remote in the trd but I heard that it will drain the battery in it.

Someone dragged a key along my tailgate in a grocery store parking lot about two weeks ago. It wasn't a deep scratch, but they made the effort to make it look intentional.

I was more irritated at the half-hearted attempt to vandalize my truck. Honestly, if you want to vandalize my truck, throw a cinder block through my windshield. Smash my window and throw a road flare on the seat. Bulldoze it to a railroad crossing and leave it. Do you have a gun? Shoot at it.

People can't get anything right these days, even vandalism. Just a bunch of half-asses walking around.

Oh, is there a "homeless crisis" in San Fran like there is here in Seattle? My brother works downtown and constantly finds feces in the morning. And my little brother works in Capitol Hill area of Seattle and stepped in bum shit.

I'd rather have my car broken in to than step in bum shit.
