Various display Qs

I am new to the forum. In fact this is the first FORUM I have particpated in. I traded in my Gen3 2019 TRD Off Road Taco for a 2014 Gen4 Off Road - Premium Pkg. So there's lots of bells and whistles. I am figuring it out, little by little, but still have some Qs. The dealer answers most of my Qs but not all of them. I will attempt to use the porper terminology for all the bells and whistles.
1) Heater/AC Sytem: When in the Dual Mode /Synch (temp the same left and right) the Gen3 would still show some displays on the digital screen. The Gen4 shows the desired temp on the circular dials but no display on the digital screen. Is this normal?
2) Drive Mode Select Dial: The four Modes are TOW HAUL / DRIVE MODE / MTS / DAC/CRAWL. Will one of these modes always be illuminated? My DRIVE MODE is always illuminated. Even if I click on it it remains illuminated. Is this normal?
3) Dynamic Cruise light: On the MID (the 12.3 inch Multi-infromation Display) screen the Cruise Control Indicator is always illuminated. I have clicked on the DRCC (cruise) buttons on the sterring wheel but I cannot get the light indicator to go off. In fact, the Cruise is always "active". The Cruise system works fine but never not active. Is this normal?
4) PDA - Proactive Drive Assist: When in the PDA mode the "hands off steering wheel" (steering wheel symbol shown with hands on the wheel) warning light is always illuminated. Or illuminated a vast majority of the time. Is this normal?
5) First Oil Change: On the MID 12.3 inch display (left side) there is an odometer and a distance until next oil change display. The display shows that the first oil change is at 10K miles. The WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE GUIDE (page 38) shows the first oil change at 5k miles. Which is it?
