My Name is Justin, I joined the forum a long time ago but this is kind of an introduction to myself/ build thread for my current truck in which I plan to turn into a semi overlandish camping build. I snowboard and offroad as much as possible and now that I am out of college with a big boy job I can afford to waste all my hard earned money on my beautiful truck.

I previously owned a 2016 trd sport that I got through college with but as time went on I knew I needed a 4x4 with all the camping and outdoor activities I was doing with my Fiance and Pup Jax. I will be sure to post pics of him and my truck as well as this Journey continues!

This will be a slow build thread I am sure, but I promise to use this as my update center as I continue to mod my truck! I am hoping to get more active on this forum and meet some of you, especially SoCal members for meetups and adventures!

Lighting:

Caliraised 3x2 Ditch Lights with oem style switches
Caliraised 3x2 Fog lights
Ultra White low beam LED replacement

Wheels and Suspension:

Method NV
Falken WP All Terrain
Spidertrax 1.25 Spacers
Level lift until I can save up for full suspension setup

When I first brought it home!

The dealership switched my wheels onto my new truck which left me with 0 miles on the TRD OR wheels. They are for sale right now if anyone wants them!



Went to the Mountains the Second Day of possesion. There were some roads blocked off and we had to head back up the mountain due to people who cant drive in the snow.

(putting chains on the front two wheels in RWD cars and just spinning down the mountain)

So I stopped for an open road photo shoot!




Put my TRD Pro Grille, Installed my ditch and foglights, and removed the side steps all in the same day!

Made my own spin on the Tacoma World Stickers. I have some stuff going on this week that I will make sure to post!

 

Got my windows tinted today to match the stock rear tint in addition to putting my front leveling kit on while I am currently saving for Kings

Its incredible what a couple inches in the front does!
