Anyone retrofit projectors in their headlights with the fx-r kit? I just got in the group buy going on right now and was wondering if anyone knew about the aiming process and if anyone has any tips?

Looks good! Im debating on if i should black out the reflector part or not as well. I was leaning more on not doing that but after seeing yours maybe i should lol, choices...

Blacking out the reflector piece depends on the light. If you do it on a non-projector setup then your light output is gonna be shit and very minimal. On mine it doesn't matter cause projectors use the shroud for the light output and not the reflector

I have a Guy that wants to trade my truck for his stock 95 Tacoma its a ex cab 3.4 v6 4x4 red I would be keeping my sliders front and rear bumpers and he would be giving me 500 for my rims and tires, any thought?

I think its ok. Those motors (3.4)are more reliable IMO than the 3.0L . Just make sure wen u test drive it, no knocking noises. Check the fan, n water pump. Look inside oil cap for signs of sludge- if no sticky clumps then it should be good. Plus that truck has been fighting u building it the whole way. More stuff available for 1gen.

Shet, even the 22R , the 4 banged is more reliable than that engine.

Yeah I'm thinking about doing it I mean I'm keeping all my armor and he's paying me 500 to keep my rims and tires and my engine is still fighting me so all I would need to be right back where I am now is a lift 2300 dollars and rims and tires
