Was it from a truck? I had that happen. I took down all the truck info and made a claim against them.

It was. He was two lanes over and about 50 yards in front. Didn't even think to do what you did. It's only $50 from Safelite so I'm not too worried about it now. Eventually I may have to replace the entire windshield but its in the lower corner on the passenger side so it won't really bother me.

being an air force vet, I have to ask. why are you selling it?
basic training isn't that long and you are going to need a vehicle in tech school. if you get a first assignment overseas, then you might sell it.

x2 Don't be one of those guys that I've seen on base here that get to their first assignment and end up buying a $35-40k car/truck cause that is where your whole pay check will go and will put in a whole so deep that you'll be in financial trouble within the year and that is not good, especially for someone in the military. I say keep like Darth Tater said, hold out until you get your first assignment.

Its a place where houses are cheaply made and the slightest tug on a water hose will cause the pipe to break off at the faucet attachment causing you to have to turn off your water until its fixed and the rental company you go through doesn't answer or return calls

I was gonna attempt to fix it myself but the pipe broke and is flush with the wall so in order for me to fix it I'd have to cut into the wall to access the pipe and since it's a rental I'd rather have the rental companies maintenance guy do it instead of me attempting it and screwing it all up

    Buahahahaha! Great come back! :D

Yea, that sux. You couldget to it from the inside wall but like you said, it's a rental! You can rent my house when I move. It was built in 06 and I have many upgrades! But I do have stained concrete downstairs and from what I hear, the military doesn't see that as adiment flooring.

I just got a hold of the rental people and they'll have a guy out here tomorrow to fix it. And stained concrete for flooring, sounds comfy compared to sleeping in the dirt under a truck, lol. I wouldn't mind, I've seen a picture of a guy who tiled his floor with pennies and then sealed it, looked pretty cool to me. Where y'all movin to? Once I graduate I would like to move back east to Florida but the wife thinks all Floridians have gators for neighbors and is petrified of them...hurricanes too. But I love FL.

Oh and the house we're renting was built in 04. It's not bad other than having to literally sand the floors when we moved in. This house has no shit legitimate wood floors, and I mean legitimate to where for a while we were picking up splinters in our feet from the floors, lol. Other than that its 1750 sq ft with a huge living room and fire place. I didn't even know houses in Los Vega :D had fire places due to the other 2 houses I rented in the previous years

Floor looks good, great looking dog as well! And I know what ya mean about small towns. I grew up in a small country town in Alabama called Deatsville, we had 2 gas stations, and mom and pop diner, and like 3 stop signs. 30 min from the city though and I loved it out there, I miss the country, the peace, and no one around to bother you. I'm only here cause of the military. Good luck with the move though...suppose I should get a jump on the cab mount chop and some sliders! lol
