Just a heads up.....your truck will encounter minor pin striping. Nothing that can't be buffed out though.

Andrew long time no hear! Looks like saturday is the day most people have off.

Cool! Far Hllls sounds good to me. I have never been there, so it's a new adventure.

Anyone else been there? Prerunner friendly or 4x4 required? Locker?

There is a lot of dirt road and washes. You get up in red sand stone rock(not to much). It fun to play around on. I have also taken it all the way to the first mt charleston road. If we just go up and play around I think it would be pre runner friendly. Going all the way around the mt. would be tough. There is a few good hill climbs. This is all from what I remember from a few years ago so don't hold me to it all

Last weekend we entered and exited from mt charleston area. That route is no prerunner friendly. There is a pretty long hill climb that imo reqs 4x4. Also, if this rain keeps up, 4wd will be better.

I did some investigating today. I went to the end of Far Hills and there is a "No Trespessing" sign and some kind of security guard sitting there. I think using this as an entrance would draw to much attention. So I'm thinking enter from Harris Springs Rd on Mt Charleston.

Hmmmm, I don't want to scratch mine up too much :(

Is there a lot of rock climbing or is this pretty much just some rough trails?
