    Lots of expensive shit
The shocks aren't going to lift it any, and the shocks are going to bottom out before the axle hits the bumpstop and could potentially damage the shocks

Ditto, my only concern with that place is the blind ridges at the pavement end of it. It's a bit scary without a spotter to truly fly those things but you can air out pretty good off a few of them if you know it's clear! That and it's a fun run to get you thru the canyon and over to the boulder side of the valley and then continue the run all the way out to searchlight thru the Nelson hills. Fun stuff out there for sure for the prerunner type rides. Once the new hooptie is finished and hopefully eventually gets a license plate I'll take it out there on occasion to stretch it's legs. In fact I'd like to do an over night Laughlin run and that would be the start of the dirt section. Other then crossing over pavement, that would be the last time we touched pavement till we pulled into the parking lot of the tropicana hotel down in Laughlin.

Oh and for the couple of you guys I went wheeling with 2 weekends ago in Logandale, I went back again sat with another group. Found some pretty crazy stuff!

This x1000. The last and only time I went there I almost ran over a young lady who was jogging over those last two hill's that are out there.

I just didn't think it was worth the drive to me. It is extremely rocky with a lot of blind spots when you get up to about 60. B

The rocks don't bother me at all, it's only the blind rollers on that first section. Once your past that though, some of the side trails are a lot of fun and well, I don't exactly just go back and forth on that one section, I'm usually doing a 50+ mile run when I'm out in that area. Typically all the way to searchlight, sometimes out and back. Kinda depends on the mood. One of my favorite jumps is way out near Searchlight.

It's nothing huge but I like it cause it's fairly fast and a smooth landing. Just a fun easy hit...

5:30 here... (this is actually Boulder City to searchlight if you watch it)

This is awesome. We scoped out the trail and started at Horizon Ridge and then ended up taking it as far as the Nelson turnoff past the solar plants then hopped back on the highway into town. It was tempting to take it all the way down to Searchlight but we didn't fill up before we left so we just called it there.

I'd be down to go with you guys, but I don't know how hard it will be to keep up not being long travel/caged. Does look fun though!

Doesn't really matter. We can just cruse! Khris was kind enough to send me the GPS files so I would like to kind of pre-run it before we get something official.

Yeah, the file I sent him actually is the run from starting in Boulder City so it's not exactly this pipeline road but it's still fun. Nice thing about it is even a non built truck can hold a reasonable pace and as long as you at least have a dirt tire of some sort you should be able to make the whole thing problem free. There's one kinda decent rocky downhill that's maybe 50 yards long at the most but it's still easy and one kind of rocky climb but if I remember right it's just a single ledge that's easily bumped up with a tiny bit of momentum. There's only a few pockets of whoops here and there on the whole run. Couple high speed floater jumps, etc... If anything the very first LONG power line running from Boulder to the paved road out to Nelson is the worst and it's only cause there's a couple gotchya type dips that you'll fly if you hit going to fast and they come up out of nowhere. No biggie in a built truck but may be a handful in something more stock. Stay on your toes on that section and that's about it really. It's all around a super friendly run for vehicles of all build levels.

I honestly have more fun on that type of stuff then I do out at Jean hammering thru whoops and beating on my truck. Trails like this are just fun and don't really stress the trucks at all in my opinion, or well mine at least since it was built to handle way more!

If my F150 was finished I'd tag along or lead the run but it likely won't see dirt till later this summer if things go right hopefully.

Yeah let's maybe make it our next BBT run after you prerun it! I'd even be down for a ride along for the first time around RJ. Not to say that my truck wouldn't make it, I've jumped it a few times at Jean and I know my mid travel setup with all terrains would make it just fine. Speeds of 60+ is the only time I get concerned, other than that I'm golden. Only place I'm not much a fan of is Apex as far as terrain goes. Too many steep hills and rocks for my 4x2 taste. I've made it fine just about anywhere else.

You'll have zero issues the whole run as long as you keep your eyes open and don't drive beyond what you can see basically. There's nothing on that trail that's a game ender by anymeans as long as you're not driving beyond your vision...

I know I've posted things for sale earlier but I still have them. 2008 plastidipped O/R grill with green emblem, stock coils, floor mats, third brake light with a blacked out lens and LED's, plasidipped O/R wheels, and RJ, I know you were interested in my tail lights and I apologize for never being able to work something out. Wife is getting closer to her due date and time is getting short. If you're still interested, they're yours.

Also, as a favor to me, if any of y'all know anyone who is looking for a 2008 Wrangler 2dr hardtop, mine is still for sale, 1200. Thanks.

Anyone have any hookups on tires, or a buddy that has a shop for a deal? Looks like I'll be needing new feet soon.

Also, if anyone is looking for a Badass gaming PC. I have a $2,000 computer (tower only, nothing else) that I'm selling. Willing to let it go for $1600 to a TW member. PM Me for more details. (hope this is ok to post here)

    Hello ladies and gentlemen!

I have a trip to Vegas booked for this upcoming weekend. We booked it even before we knew Mayweather was fighting. Now that we know of the fight, we want to watch it! BUT, we are on a budget and so we can't spend the $200+ per couple just to watch the fights at some closed circuit viewing area. We've read online that MGM prevents sports books and other Las Vegas casino/hotel's from showing the fight to our dismay. We've also read that we won't be able to order the PPV in the hotel rooms.

What suggestions do you guys have to watch the fight (on a budget) in Las Vegas?

Most of the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants here show the UFC fights. Might be the same for the Mayweather fight?
