Where'd you get the scooped hood at?

 

One of our BBT members (Cesar) did a 2012 front end conversion so I swooped on his old scoop!

 

Right on. I saw that on IG. I just had shoulder surgery 2 days ago so after I recover I'm really hoping to find some time to do a run with y'all.

 

Im looking forward to seeing that.

4 stock alloy wheels that came with offroad package, 6lug 16x8in., minor scratches - $150
1 stock spare tire with original BFG Rugged Trail tire, never used - $50
1 stock front bumper cover WHITE, minor scratches on bottom left&right front corners, no dents, mount points need some reinforcement/repair before remounting - $FREE (available with fog lights&lamps - $40)
1 stock rear chrome bumper w/ towing receiver hitch - $80
1 set stock upper control arms, removed at ~40K miles - $80
1 set front cross member side tabs, lift/jack points that can be added to non-Offroad/Sport models - $20
1 set front skid plate/bumper brackets/supports - $25
1 set stock rear overload leaf springs - $40

 

Drive safe guys.. Tropicana is a flooded mess right now!! Cars don't dare go through most of the roads by my house. I managed ok though but I'm not going to be doing anything stupid.

I think that was Grand Canyon.. Across the street is that Sparkle car wash.. that place that takes forever.

and yea. I've been hearing the Heli's above my house for last 45 minutes. There's like 3 wrecks right here, and a big one on Trop and Buffalo where buff ends. Huge puddle there people don't see in south lane heading east.

 

I'm about to venture home from work and I use Trop, but I'm out on the eastside.

Yeah man me too haha I can't wait. Getting the skewped hood installed tomorrow! I have a feeling trying to get rid of my extra hood is gonna be a real mother though. It's in good condition, but it's hard to sell something that already comes with all Tacomas!

 

Hello all! Just PCS'd from Florida, working at Nellis and living in Henderson. Looking forward to getting out and seeing some trails out here. I made a trip up to Mt Charleston and just explored a little out there a bit, nothing crazy. Here is a pic of my stock truck from when I was in Florida.

Anyone with the know how, tools, and space available this week to help me install some TC LCAs? I live in an apartment so that's a no-go there. Extra large pizza and a case of beer sound fair?

 

Not gonna lie, I'm jealous. I want some too but it'll be a while before I can drop $1600 on them

 

Ya I picked up some used ones on a trade. Noes not a good time to drop $1600 for me either. Gov't doesn't pay us enough.

 

I wish I could help you out, but my garage is overflowing with the in-laws' junk. Hopefully some one will pop in to help.

 

Fuck now they don't! I'm there with you homie. Nice you were able to pick some up used. Both of my LCA ball joints are bad and instead of replacing them with factory stuff I was gonna upgrade until I saw that TC is the only company that makes them for us and the price. Might just have to pick up some factory replacements. I'm still covered under my extended warranty though so I won't have to pay for anything or do the work.
