    LOVE IT. The only downside is how far it is from everything. But that's soon to change, City of Henderson has "The District" type plans for this area, it's going to be nice. The parks could be better and the HOA isn't very good, but what HOA is? The neighborhood is awesome though and out values are skyrocketing right now.
