OK. I get the hysteria about a company being able to shut down (and more) our trucks, but what about all those Hilux trucks being driven around by extremist Taliban and Al Qaeda? Why doesn't Toyota simple shut them down?? Are USA trucks special??

There's nothing for data for Toyota to sell. They don't drive to Wal Mart, McDonald's, Costco or Target where Toyota can market that data and figure out how long they were parked.

Are you not familiar with what the interior of a Toyota Prius looks like?

Well he's adamant about seeing one so much that he posted the same thing about seeing one like three times. You can only be nice for so long.:thumbsup:

I hate the monitoring bullshit, but there is literally no escaping it.

Man, the amount of lists I am on from what I say and believe is probably frightening. To some people.

If you served in the US military, I've heard and been told you are immediately put on some sort of government watchlist for future threats. o_O:laugh:

Good to know they think of us so low.

Unless you drive your vehicle without your cell phone, buy gas with cash, cover your tag, pay tolls cash and avoid traffic cameras, and a bunch of other off the grid survivalist crap it doesn’t matter what you do. They know.

There is no going back. Anyone can find out anything about you given enough time and resources. Today a solar panel salesman came to the door and used our last name. My wife asked how he knew, I said it’s the 2021’s. Someone sent a death threat to the CEO of one of the stocks I am following at his home last week. There is NO privacy anymore.
