Vendor harassment

After hundreds of harassing calls from a dozen different numbers I got a hold of the vendors friend and got money in paypal to return the lights. I shipped out the lights with a tracking number. A few days later I get a call from the friend asking politely where the lights are. I told him the tracking said it arrived and he confirmed that is what it said.
A week or so after that I get another call from the friend stating that the lights had been stolen from vendors doorstep confirmed by the postman. So now the vendor is still out those sets of lights.

 

I will not be posting further. Let the wolves congregate and feed!

So how exactly can the postman confirm this? Did he see someone steal them? Vendor probably claimed they were stolen so he could be reimbursed for the price of his broken and useless lights...
