Verizon Wireless

I stand behind Verizon Wireless because I think they are a great company. I have had their service since 1999 and have never had any serious issues. Yes, there have been times when I needed to call and bitch about something but they have almost always taken care of me.

I have gotten so much crap wiped off my bill. One nice thing is they will let you backdate your plan. If you go over your minutes and get a huge bill, call and change your plan. They will backdate the plan so you are not charged for last month's overages.

I have gotten numerous free phone replacements that exceeded warranty. My wife had a Chocolate that crapped out 3 times. They let her pick ANY phone she wanted as a free replacement. She got a nice touchscreen that she currently has.



You can rant and rave over customer service but it's the actual call ability that makes them #1. AT&T and Sprint have terrible coverage and drop call ALL THE TIME! I'll take Verizon over either of those.

 

Had verizon, switched to att, and back with verizon. I guess I am lucky.. Everyone I've dealt with at the stores near me have been good. Although once I get good service I try and wait for that person to become available while I wait.
