    drop in k&n for now. Deckplated. Got rid of the intestinal airpipe and baffleys. Replaced with shiny big pipe of more straightness.

    Been ghosting around this forum for awhile (for the luddite brother with no internet or pc.) and recently scored my own 2001 tacoma..with just under 52 k on the odo when I purchased...New frame.New leaf springs,New breakes and a bunch of other stuff.(and couldn't beat the price with my trade in).

    So hello Tacoma World.
    From soon to be (hopefully )snowy Vermont and happy almost Turkey Day.

    Deckplate mod will be actually going on this weekend it looks like.(pieces parts in house.) Very curious.(2.7l i4)

    And a belated thanks for all the info Ive been reading.Looking forward to this and my new Grrrrr.

    Hey thanks for the welcome.

    The App gap..the kid brother whom I mentioned earlier got his un modded Tacoma up over and thru the gap in March.There was fishing to be had.But the gap hadnt melted yet.Not an easy piece of road work.

    Will get some more pics of the Grr up..(its basically a brand new 9 year old taco)
