Hi Guys!! Popping in to say hi
We still have snow up here in the NEK, but our snowmobiling season stunk so bad!
They are still riding in Pittsburg NH, but decided to pull the pin. Just waiting on the Eclipse.

OK my real question here is what can I sell my truck for? For realz. Here are specs
2013 original owner 4WD DC auto 4.0, 124k, all maintenance up to date, wet okole seats covers since new so nice inside. No smoking. Leer 180 color matched bought in 2017. Auto start alarm, frame warranty until 1/2025. New tires and rims 3000 miles ago and still have factory set. I also have original chrome grill and two new factory headlights with bulbs bought from a friend who got them due an accident, but went with an aftermarket LED set. I never installed them.
I honestly just am ready for something new.
Want to have a bigger bed for kayaking and some creature comforts. Thanks. FWIW I have looked up KBB. Just thinking realistically because I value your opinions.

    What did kbb say?
Seems 20k at least my 12 was listed at 19k with 165k during Covid times.
Yours is way nicer in my opinion.
The value of vehicles has dropped since then. Shit I was thinking about going back to a second gen. Maybe interested my self I know it was taken care of also

New? Or Newer? Joining the 4gen legion? heheh

Also take a look at the dealer listings. I was at the Handy lot for two minutes the other day. They had a bunch used, but mileage all over the place. You could get a ball park for what they are selling / asking for at least comparable to yours.

I admit the army green they had looks real good in person :anonymous::spy: etc...

Yeah, I can agree. Just more to "window shop" as I drift by on the way to wackomart or Hannaford. Honestly I get the vapors just thinking about going into any dealer any more. Like, my ride is on the eventual rear axle weld spatter recall, but I feel no inclination to bring it to them just to tighten the nuts. It'll probably fall off the lift knowing my luck lately. :militarypress:

I buying a new Tundra double cab :anonymous:
Drove a 4GEN over at Berlin City since they have one for show and tell. I drove the Tundra at WRJ when I was there for service and frame check and just loved it. I don't park in a garage and really liked the bed space. Rather than spending all my money, I took the 1.9 % deal with cash back. The FI Mgr I snowmobile with so feel confident with who is getting my money I guess.

Sweet! The Tundra will DEF give bed space compared to a taco. Might even fit a sled in there with the gate down? And when they're clean, white trucks look amazing (not my strong suit lol)

Cue the happiest emoji on this site for all the new mods you get to dig in to :spending::spending::spending::spending::spending::spending::spending::spending::spending:

Not sure if / how many other libraries are doing this, but the Franklin 'Haston' Library has some free basic safe viewing glasses for the eclipse. Might be worth checking out others if you're interested.

HELP! In a moment of insanity, I traded my MGM for white Taco last night. It was too dark to see at first, but this morning I noticed it must have had some paint work done to it to fix something. There is massive overspray that got on the windows and such. Not sure how to get it all off or what to do at this point....

Just went out and tried this, got most of it off. But apparently under the white paint coat someone had plastidipped an "unmentionable" word very large on the front windshield. (MUST have been a TW member since it was plastidip...) So now that the paint is gone the "word" is still visible because of some weird chemical reaction. I may have to drive it like this until I can get it fixed right. I thought the acetone would take the PD off too???

May have to try the coca cola method next. If that ain't it, then comes the grinding wheel....

Yeah, but I'll take it. Too early for mud! Just quick plowed (nice only having to plow to my level of clear instead of for the missus who is gone for the moment lol) It's actually a nice snow, kind of crunchy and fluffy. Better than the wetter junk last week that hid my mailbox.

Windshield Update: since sun is coming out for a bit I will now be trying an application of sunscreen, which I hope will even out the chemicals enough to hide the naughty word ....and possible unicorn sticker sighting that may start showing :homer:

Maybe it’s to help with rust?

Right? "For the children", because they're flavored... Not that it affects me, I don't smoke anymore, but that's just stupid.
