    Rain Visors,
I am very impressed with this little truck. I have an 06 with a 4.0L with a 6-spd. I had to tow a car home for a buddy, loaded up my car carrier (2300lbs) pulled it up there, loaded it with a load, probably right about 6900-7200lbs. but had no other choice. And it pulled great. Was very slow off the line, and I knew it was baack there, but very impressed. My last rigs were a 12V cummins 3/4 ton, and a 6.0L PSD F350. I pulled a duel carrier with the ford fully loaded, and would maintain 85 like nothing.

But for right now this truck will do just fine.....

i have same truck. Hauled a U-Haul over the NC/Tenn mountains to Nashville and nary a hiccup. This truck is just a good size/power/MPG combination. I just wish Toyota would offer more interior upgrades, like Honda would.

Slow off the line? I would think off the line it would be fine, but slower at higher speeds, even my 4 cyl is quick in the lower gears with my camper behind it.....
