Greetings fellow central Floridian. Davenport is a nice area. I'm loving Oviedo since I decided to hang my hat here.

Looks kind of like a car. The Hilux looks like it's built better than the Tacoma, but does not look as tuff. Don't they have the 70 series there? Yes the Ford Ranger looks like a door stop going down the road.

I forgot to add, I think the Nissan Navarra looks better than the Frontier.

I'm thinking of a Porsche Diesel:

2014ish Cayenne with 3.0L six-cylinder. 30 mpg highway and plenty of HP and of course torque. Being a Porsche is icing on the cake, especially with the advanced 4wd. Early Cayennes had very spotty reliability but I wouldn't worry too much about even a decade-old one.
$40k USD would get you a nice one.

The Nissan Navara looks pretty good for a non North American truck. The front doesn't slope down like the other manufacturers it sits level with the bed.

Also available in a Regular Cab with a manual.

Can’t they be equipped with the 2.7L from the Taco in some countries though?

Navara looks like all the other "wedge" pickups to me. I prefer the Frontier.

I like it. I also now have a Ridgeline and have put around 2K on it. Let me tell you where the Tacoma beats the Ridgeline:
    1. Offroad.
    2. Go anywhere styling.
Every other category the Ridgeline wins. Some say the Tacoma will out tow the Ridgeline and on paper it will. However, after having 4K+ on the hitch on both trucks the Ridgeline has an edge.

The Hilux, while soft looking, will outperform the Tacoma offroad. But I understand the tough look image some of you youngsters are going for and I dig it. You do know that only guys like that right? But hey, nowadays, I don't judge lol!

I think the Navara might be the best looking midsize available. I wouldn't say it's the best looking truck ever. I do prefer it over the new Frontier. The Frontier doesn't look like Nissan finished building it. I don't like the dimension of the grille. The bed and hood height do not look proportionate to the height of the cab. The front fenders don't match the bedsides. The stance and ride height leave a lot to be desired.

I think the sheet metal on the redesigned Pathfinder looks better.

The Navara addresses all of the styling quirks that I find fault with on the Frontier. The Navara would look better with a solid bumper below the grille.

The new Frontier looks better than the outgoing model, but the previous Frontier was a more cohesive looking truck.

The overseas Toyota’s is what everyone else used to design their new midsize trucks.
