    I felt I was in the right for creating the thread....problem was my monitor is angled enough for her to be able to read what I type! She started to comment on how I could have responded differently. Had to throw her a bone by typing the new response so she would leave my office!

    Gee, this is awful. I think more than anything, it's a lack of business communication. Although he requested nothing in return other than shipping, he probably felt slighted because he did in fact send the tip and didn't receive the shipping cost.

    I don't think either party is at fault, it seems it was just frustration and being afraid that someone might have gotten "taken", which resulted in the PMs that were posted.

    I hope this gets squared out soon and the payment for shipping as well as the additional gift towards the tips arrives to his satisfaction.
