    Great weather Ken. Nice to get out and pay respects to the ones that went before me. Also got to meet a lot of friends in the community. I do quite a bit of volunteer work so all the City Council members know me.

    The laying of the wreaths is a very moving part of the ceremony. Hard to wipe back the tears when the rifle salute and Taps is played.

    I lost a few friends in Vietnam.
