VF Tune Customer Service

I have looked at the other threads and tried to see if there was any mention of this but I am having a hard time with my new tuner. I received it Tuesday and have sent the email to request my registration file but it has now been a day and a half with no response. I cannot find a phone number to call. I hear so much good about this tuner but man, I have never had this much trouble using something that I paid a lot of money for. Seems like a lot of work and time for something like this. Do I need to just be patient? I am excited to try it out!

The REG file comes from a company in the UK as a supplier to OVT. So, it can sometimes take a while. Also, be sure to check your SPAM folder, esp if using gmail.


Yes. The tuner is awesome, but also takes some patience and a good learning curve. No matter what the struggle is to start, most all folks say that it is completely worth it.

 

Check your spam folder.

 

We have all been in your shoes at one point. Be patient, its all worth it they are extremely busy. View the vftuner thread and ask any questions, im sure any of us would be happy to help.

 

I got mine after a day or so. Just be patient. They don't have a number, just a help ticketing system. You'll get your key.

 

Also make sure your checking your SPAM FOLDER!!!!
