Vf Tuner Cable not connected

Hello everyone,so I’ve tried to tune my car today and im getting the error saying that my cable is not detected(Will upload a picture)Did this happened to anyone and does anyone know how to fix it? I’ll answer on some questions right away, 1.Is your cable damaged?NO)2.Did you install the Drivers?YES)

 

Verify your internet connection and try again.

 

I have a Lexus Is350 2023,my internet is good doesnt have any problems with this,also when there was a previous version the app would start and open the window for tune!)

 

I've heard there have been issues with cheaper Amazon style cables. Any way you can try another cable for connection?

 

Yeah i did tried with 2 different cables but i will go to bestbuy right now and buy a new one,i will let you know if that helps)

You can only have one cable registered to your account. If that cable is giving you issues, you may need to contact vF Tuner's support.

 

Did you ever get this issue solved? My windows 11 laptop has started this error as of late.
