    I honestly don't understand half of what I read in this thread... especially the "tip in" comments... I've said that a lot in my younger days... But it was TOTALLY unrelated to tuning :eek::D:rofl:

    But I look forward to meeting up with @G8R_Taco tomorrow and getting the Kruiser 4.0 installed.

    Thanks for the hospitality! Really enjoyed visiting for a few minutes and seeing some pretty cool mods on your truck I hadn't seen yet.

    Loving the tune! No more weird shifting on overpasses at highway speeds. It improved my mpg from 17-18mpg to 21-22mpg!!! The ole deuce feels like a sorted out truck now. Thank you so much for the awesome work you put into your tunes!

    When you push the throttle and you get a surge of power--High tip in
    It is hard to get used to, but some are addicted to it.
    It is adjusted in the throttle maps. From Toyota it is very mild, 2.0 is higher but pretty mild, and my tune is about double what 2.0 is.
    If you are getting tuned tommorrow from @G8R_Taco and want my lower tip in tune, let me know and I will send it to him tonight.

    What he meant to say it makes the truck undrivable in 4low and apparently people bought a tacoma and don't use 4low. Hey that's like driving a Ferrari stuck in 1st gear!

    Thanks brother, yeah it sounds like the lower tip in may be better for my uses. Especially when the wife has to drive because I decided to have a few drinks.

    Or if it's just as sensitive in reverse as well... Things could get interesting at the boat ramp LOL

    With all the positive reviews I can imagine even with the lower tip in tune I'll be happy with the improved performance.
