I gave it a whirl. FYI, I drove PapaRee's tune with the same tire size.

Some elements of tune are fantastic. Tip in is just right. The engine sounded better and overall was a smooth drive.. but shifting was subpar.
On the cold engine 1-2-3 were abrupt. 4-5 was a lazy upshift -low fluid lazy. 6th was jerky and always felt.
After 30 minutes of driving, 4-5 and 5-6 were the same and did not improve.
I think 1-2 was a perfect upshift, but there were alot of short upshift in the wrong time.
Alot of 6th gear driving. Good job to make truck staying in 6th. However, for a hilly driving I prefer early downshift to 5th. PapaRee's downshift at 28 % of the accelerator , yours at 35..
    .
Here is a screenshot of the same place where PapaRee w/Warm engine opt. shifting maps slightly outperformed and kept 5th at 100% of the load. Yours downshifted to 4th after hitting 98%. In reality, I prefer downshift to 4th around 95%.
    Mpg was the same.
I would try the tune with different opt. torque shifting maps and adjusted shift points. .
BTW, Both tunes would not upshift to 5th under the load. It was a bit disappointing. Works in S . Works in D if speed below 65 and low accelerator

Anyone with solid advice on idle settings?
WAY closer to MPH than KPH. If I set an upshift to 60, it shifts at 57-58 mph. That would be closer to 100 if in KPH.

I find that shifting into 5th prior to 50 mph is unnecessary. Cruising at 45 I'm at 1700 rpm, but mpg are still in the 18-20 range as the load is so light. When I have the upshift from 4-5 shift sooner, like 40 or 45, the truck seems to just lug along. Then to get up to 55 which is generally right after a 45 zone, you're downshifting again anyways. It's intentionally "lazy". What do you mean by short upshifting at wrong times? Truck was upshifting too soon? What load % both the tunes not shifting into 5th? I don't find either of them really have an issue... What is your level of expectations there? Are you continuing to run the tune longer or calling it at 30 minutes?

    Greatly appreciate the constructive criticism!

I meant the speed units in the transmission torque maps. They way you worded your answer it sounds like you may have been talking about the shift schedule maps, so I am just clarifying. Thanks

    Oh
    And if anyone is curious.
Camry acceleration and airload maps feel great in the truck. But shifting with the Camry maps is not an option. I’ve never had the truck shift so hard at WOT. I thought it was coming apart haha.

Low speed it drives really nice and knock stays under -4

You should give the tune a try as @Mooseditty17 has it set up for 33" tires

I saw early 5-6 upshifting while merging and relaxing the accelerator to make a room. Then it has to downshift back to 5th to get the acceleratoration going.
1-2 upshifting was perfect, 2-3 could be a tad longer.
4-5 upshift issue -loads >70% and speed above 65. We have these long inclines which I can make in 5th with 2400 rpms if I start at the base.
But If I merge in the middle of the incline, I'm in 4th spinning 3000+ to the end of the incline and a bit moreafter that until it shifts on its own. Changing speed in 2D did not help. Messing with torque tables so far produced 0 effect.

I'll consider this tune, but shifting needs some refining. I'm sure some can be adjusted by moving speeds, but torque tables may need some review.
    Thanks.
