Anyone store a compressor in an ammo can behind the rear seats? I thought I saw something like that with the Viair 300P but can't remember where. Also looking to see what else everyone does for air compressor storage, besides the usual ARB in the engine bay or real cubby storage. I know most come with their own crappy bags but have read they tend to rip easily. Thanks in advance!

I just throw mine in the bed of the truck when I think I'm gonna need it.

Shit I found on CL or EBAY that I could screw on.
I have a viair 300p in its bag in a larger plastic bag in the bed. (I have a tonneau cover) That's it's home. It's lived there for a year and always works when I needed it.

Cheapo laundry basket with the Viair in it’s storage bag. Also keep a blanket and an old book bag with recovery straps/gear, tire repair kit, extra radios/batteries, and extra gloves in the same basket. Just grab and go when I’m going wheeling.
I keep a rope and shackle hitch in the truck at all times.
    Pretty simple and quick setup.

Mine lives in the storage behind the rear seat. Fits perfectly and always have it if I need it.

Edit: I also took it out of the bag it came in and store it by itself with the hose in the same cubby.

I have a Viair 400p and it fits perfectly in a weather-tight Fat 50 Saw Box Ammo Can.

Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
I have the 88P I keep in its bag behind the rear seats. I'm intrigued by the idea of using an ammo can for storage as I find it a pain to pack back up into the bag.
Not sure if it would still fit behind the seats in an ammo can
