Reminds me of last year when Amazon had a kn Cold air intake for my second gen for 49.99 lol I bought it and they cancelled right way they gave me 10 dollar credit for the "inconvenience"

 

Thanks to smitty99 ended up getting a 100 gift card for my next purchase. Also noting, it took 15 minutes of my time.

Seriously, if you walk in a store and something is priced wrong, yes most often you get it for that and the places fixes price. Having a forum tell you that there a wicked good deal on an online item and every one and their brother jumping on it is very different in my view.

But to each is there own.

I fail to see the correlation. Are you saying previous generations would not pay the advertised price? Or only millennials got the coupon? Whatever you're saying sounds misguided as fuck. Ironic you think the customers are wrong for wanting a product at its adversitied price but it's okay for the business to not honor said advertised price. I guess principles are only for the consumer?

 

Being aware of how Amazon works with automated systems in place to price match competition, people take advantage of this by setting up fake seller accounts with extremely low prices to try and get reputable sellers to have their system match to effectively thieve a product. Taking advantage of that system is unethical. If you manage to profit from it so be it, but if you didn't get to and then throw a bitch fit about it, you're an entitled crybaby. And probably a Millennial.

The whole "poor Amazon" excuse is moronic. Amazon is a marketplace. Amazon sells some items direct, but there are also marketplace sellers just trying to sell a product using Amazon's system.

I think I'm getting it. So Amazon has a broken system in place but it's the consumers responsibility to figure out what's legit. And again I guess ethics only falls to the consumer.
