Vibe sound at low speed

Howdy all. So my truck has recently been making this kind of weird sound at REALLY low speeds. When I put the truck in gear and drive under 7-10 mph and I’m on the gas, I hear this sound somewhere between a vibration and very soft rattle... However if I’m not on the gas and my trucks just rolling I don’t really hear it. Sounds like it’s coming from the passenger front side... I’ve done a lift and tie rod end replacement and it still sounds the same (so I don’t think they’re related)... Anyways once I get past about 7 mph it goes away and there’s no other rattles, sounds, etc until like 85 mph. Maybe a bearing? Steering pump? (It’s not a whine at all though) It’s only noticeable when driving through a parking lot or my apartment complex.

Put it in 4 high and see if it stops.
