I thought that this kind of spacer lift is NOT preloading the springs though. I'm pretty sure you would have to put a spacer inside the shock with the spring to preload it.

    Check alignment.
    Rotate tires.
Lower lift to 2” and do the above.

I had a similar issue where it felt like it was vibrating just a tiny bit every few seconds. I just did the 4hi thing and it seems to have corrected itself. I will continue to monitor it and see if anything changes

Went away in 4hi, ordered the after market bearing to replace the needle bearing. Had a shop put on Camburg Uniball UCA's to correct alignment and also installed Old Man Emu front coils since they were given to me from a friend. Haven't picked it up from the shop yet, going to see if that fixed the vibration maybe. They quoted me 6-7 hours for the bearing replacement. I'll do it myself, think that's a bit too much. I'll post pics when I get it back tomorrow.

Got it back, sits 39" rear and 39 3/8th's in front. The 6-7 hour quote to replace needle bearing is straight out of Toyota's shop guide, they drop the diff to replace, not necessary according to the company that makes the needle bearing replacement. If anyone orders, do order the removal tool. 4 shops said they couldn't do it because they don't have anything to remove it, eventually i'll be rolling vibe free!!!

I’m still having the vibration issue so I’m thinking I need to take it in to the dealer. It vibrates a tiny bit about every 2 seconds from 20-40 mph. After about 15 minutes of lower speeds, or getting on the highway for a few minutes, the vibration goes away. It will also go away when I switch to 4H but it comes back as soon as I go to 2wd.

Do those rear blocks have a angle built into them? If so make sure the small side goes towards the front of the truck. It is supposed to correct he driveline angle with the lift/leveling kit.
