    Is your truck 4WD? If it is, put the truck into 4HI and go for a drive and see if you still have the vibrations when driving straight.

    it's a 2017 trd sport 4x4. I'll try the 4hi and see if that changes anything. I'll update tm after work. I only have 2500 miles on it

    Putting my truck into 4HI didn' change aa thing. I' not sure if my ride is just a lot stiffer so I'm feeling a lot more feedback. I' like to soften it up a bit but keep my lift

    Lift up front might be 3” on top of the 1” from factory. That’s too much lift. Also, you preloaded the factory coils with spacer lift, it’s gonna be very stiff. Did you measure height before and after lift?

    How is it a 1 inch lift when it comes that way? If it’s higher than a 2nd gen, doesn’t mean it has a lift on it. This logic makes no sense

    @Tacoaric @Unchained 5150

    The link he sent for lift has includes 05+. I’m assuming spacer lift is adding 3” if the ratio is 2:1.

    I was referring to the 3 inch and the 1 inch on top of that. I said that the other day and it didn't go well

    See I think the confusion is us 2nd Gens here that the 3rd Gen is an inch higher stock. So some of us me included thought that if they put a 3" spacer on top of the shock assembly it would net 4" of lift. Honest mistake to me.

    4" Maxtrac spindle lift, Dakar leafs with maxtrac shocks, 17" MRW NV Bronze 33" falken AT3W, Promaxx grille guard, steel craft tail light guards, A.R.E. CX camper shell, AVS in-channel vent visors & AVS bug shield, weather tech floor liners.

    from what I've read for CB drop you typically want 1/4 inch spacer for every inch of lift. Or for axle shims you want 1 degree per lift.. so 2 degree shim would be my guess. Im in the process of eliminating vibrations myself after adding dakar leafs and a 4" spindle lift up front. I have 3 degree shims on order as well as a new carrier bearing since my truck has 106k on it. mine as well replace the worn parts. i replaced front and rear U-joints a couple days ago and i have the middle U-joint im going to to change it when i do the Carrier bearing next week. Hope you find a solution to your problem!

    The second mistake was not using tapered blocks!

    Bilstein 5100 in front with Bilstein 5100 rear and a 2" block (Truck is leveled)
    Hello everyone, new to all this as well. Have a 2019 TRD Off-road 4x4 and I put Bilstein 5100's on it all around. It does have a 2" block in the rear from ready lift and the front Bilstein's are set for maximum lift. This leveled the truck nicely. It does have a differential drop kit on the front and an old man emu bearing drop kit as well. Mine too has a vibration that feels almost like an unevenly worn tire at lower speeds and goes away after about 15 minutes of driving. I have now had new rims, tires, and Toyota checked my bearings but it still has the vibration. I will test out the 4HI and see if it goes away but if not, does anyone think removing the blocks and going with leaf springs that provided the needed rear lift would fix it?
