OK, now I removed the 3/4 spacer and installed 1/4, vibration at 40 is now gone. Had all my u-joints in rear shaft check and all are free, not loose and not seized. Play in my slip yoke splines, packed grease and vibration is about half of what it used to me at 20kmh. It's annoying but liveable.

I just installed a 3/4" driveshaft spacer from 4crawler and it took away ALL my vibrations. I really only had a slight shudder at take off before but it rides so much smoother now that I put that spacer in. My yoke is now flush with the transmission housing like it should be. My lift in rear consists of a 2"tapered block with 1.5"aal. If you have any questions about measurement for spacer hit me up. There are many different sizes of flange bolt patterns for same year tacomas(1mm difference!).

I'm dealing with a take off shudder after changing to an HD leaf pack. I had seen some of the threads about adding a spacer wondering if would be the missing piece to the puzzle. Do you have any pics that you could share of how things line up now?

Once again the proper way to check a universal joint and the only way to properly check universal joints is by removing the driveshaft and manipulating each universal joint by hand . You cant tell if there are tight spots in the universal joint by grabbing the driveshaft and twisting it while the driveshaft is on the truck . All it takes for a vibration is 1 seized cup and there are 4 cups on each u-joint . If the u-joints were properly checked at the start , this would have been a much shorter thread and a lot less thread jacking .:D
