Vibration After New Rims And Tire Size

Hello To All
I have a 2021 Tacoma SR5
It has a 2" Front And A 1" Rear TRD Lift kit and done at the dealer,it had a serious vibration after the lift and required a 3 degree Pinion Shim installed which corrected the vibration issue,I recently switched from 16" inch to 17" rims and tires and have what seems to be a vibration at all speeds now which is different than the original vibration but could be less severe,do they make a 5 Degree Shim, Vibration only started after new rims and tires,may also appear to have shifting differences than before,is there a new speed sensor that corrects the tire size???.Does appear to be a drive line issue???, anyone know of this symptom??
