So i have a 2020 Trd offroad that has 4k miles on it and I installed some 18x10 wheels with some goodyear duratrac 275/65's on them and have been balanced more than once and still having vibrations above 45mph. I also have front bilstein 6112s on it set at about 1.5" lift with completely stock rear. I also drove it in 4H up to 50 and nothing was changed. It has constant vibrations on the freeway. Do u guys know what the issue could possibly be? Thanks

Also the front 2 are brand new and rear 2 are about 60-70 percent tread.

I would still say balance. Boy, that's a wide wheel for a 275. Also what wheel do you have on their? Is it hub centric? Spec's of wheel would help.

As many as I can fabricate
Vibration in the seat or the steering wheel? Or both. I'm new here so I'll add this. Apparently there is a vibration problem with Tacomas going back almost a decade. Could be part of that cluster.

Did... did you buy used tires for a brand new truck? Follow up question, if yes - Does the shop doing the balancing sell used tires?

Needle bearing. Driver front. Replace with ecgs bushing.

    Or

Need rear axle shims and carrier bearing drop.

    Start with ecgs bushing.

I have vibration in the seat. I will start with replacing the needle bearings they are moto metal M0970 wheels and I got them balanced at a reputable shop and just got them balanced again today at discount tire..
The wheels are hub centric, bought them new at discount tire

A front lift wouldn't affect the rear carrier bearing correct? Or am I wrong

Great question. I think it can. But not 100% sure.

Just noticed your tread depth. Try swapping the tires around. Put the new tires on the rear. I hope you are 2wd as running different size tread depth on a 4x4 is not recommended.

For a fact awd vehicles have to have similar tread. Our 4x4 might be ok. I'd put the new tires on the rear asap and see if that helps.

    What offset?
    What is your toe setting?
Vibrations were there before new tires up front?
Vibrations are stronger with new tires up front?
Tried a front to rear rotation?

How is the wear on those two older tires? Any cupping, or feathering?

They'll probably deny warranty because of the wheels and tires.

Could be not enough toe-in for all that added scrub.
You're rolling down the road toe out.
Equal toe out can set up a vibe.

How's the inside wear on tires that have done duty up front?
    What's your toe setting?

Because it will just fail again if that's what the problem is.
