Hey guys I'm currently sitting in my truck and every couple seconds I get a weird shaking vibration throughout the whole truck. It happens in a loop and isn't incredibly noticeable but you can tell it's there. Truck is on, a/c is on, radio is on. Where should I look first?

I have a vibration at idle (but not every time it idles) that seems to manifest itself as a fairly loud hood vibration, and the vibration transmits to the top of the windshield.. I only found out about the windshield because the clip-on fan I use is on my passenger windshield visor and if the clip is touching something pretty solid it will also make a fairly loud vibrating noise.. but this truck has a 5spd standard tranny.

I know this is an old thread, but the '04 Tacoma I just got (2.4 auto) does the same thing that the last poster commented about. When I come to a stop, I see the hood shaking/vibrating for a few seconds, until the idle lowers to normal. It doesn't seem to be anything major, just an annoyance. I don't like it, and if there's a fix, I'd gladly do it. Otherwise, I guess I'll live with it.:)
