    I need help guys...

Started hearing a chirping sound coming from the engine compartment along with what feels like an engine vibration. I changed out the fan belt and the idler pully thinking that might be it. The pully made a little noise when I spun it. Nope, not it.

The plugs were changed less than 5k miles ago.

The noise and vibration only occur while accelerating. Foot off the gas, nothing.

Any idea what it could be?

I thought this was going to be a joke when I read the title. Figured you were burning rubber and getting some wheel hop or something.

Only when accelerating. Coasting, no noise.

It may take a few days before I would be able to try and video it.

Someone else thought it may be a bad carrier bearing. :notsure:

Chirping can be a sign of a bad u-joint.
If it’s bad enough, it can cause a vibration also. When coasting, the u-joint isn’t under as much load either.

    I’d give the u-joints a look.

What Tnshooter said ,classic signs of a bad U joint. Crawl under there and start wiggling your driveshaft around.

Since I've decided to replace the u-joints I'll just go ahead and replace the carrier bearing as well.

Thanks again to everyone for your suggestions.
