    Hello,

I have 2021 TRD Sport with a 3 inch Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro lift. After getting the lift, there seems to be a vibration coming from the driver side front wheel area. The vibration frequency increases with speed. I had looked up what could cause this issue and found that unbalanced tires are usually the cause for such vibrations.

Well, I got new tires and wheels on the truck, and they where balanced upon installation. However, the vibration still happens. This has me a bit stumped and I am seeking advice from the community regarding this situation.

Part of me thinks it might be the drive shaft and I will need to do a drop.

Open for suggestions on troubleshooting the problem and comments if other have experienced something like this.

Flick on 4Hi. If the vibe stops, it is the bearing in the front diff. Easy to swap if you can borrow the tools.

    Search ECGS bushing.

It tends to stop once I hit about 55-60 mph.

I will need to try it out to see if it happens in 4Hi.

Were the tires road force balanced?

It's the same issue I'm having and going info for road force Saturday. If it doesn't work discount tire will be getting a return from me.

Needle bearing. I had the same issue after a 2” lift. Vibration started around 30mph and went away somewhere around 58-60mph. Had my needle bearing replaced with the ECGS and issue solved.

Gave it a shot in 4 Hi. It stopped when engaged, and started again as soon as I went back into 2WD. It could be that needle bearing. I looked up the ECGS bushing, seems like a solid replacement of the needle bearing.

Did you do it yourself? or did a shop?

Negative, I had a local shop supply the part and perform the install. From what I’ve seen online, it doesn’t look terrible. After all the work of installing the suspension I didn’t want to do it myself.

Good stuff. After the wheel is off, it is just a couple bolts and some strategic tapping.

There is also a Yukon version of the bushing on Amazon. They
