Our TRD pro has a very unique vibration. We tried to have the dealer rebalance. and nope still there. Anyone else have this issue? We have not had a chance to look into it our selfs yet but trying to get ideas in case the dealer isnt any help. And it doesnt do it at any other speed even up to 110mph. Yes we had to see how fast we could go. LOL

What kind of vibration? Steering wheel shimmy? Vibration in the seat?

Alll of it. Seriously not really like something we have had before. Almost felt like wheel balance but from all 4 took it in and yeah still there. Steering shake and the seats vibrate plus you can feel it in the floor too.

Wasn't another pro owner asking about this? Or did I see you on another forum with the same question?

Edit: not you, does that seem similar?

From new had 2 tires out of round which dealer said they found with roadforce balance. I could feel it in the seat and through the whole truck. After new tires put on it was better but I thought there was still a vibration or something and took a brand new one out which felt similar but not as bad. Dealer drove mine said they thought it was just the way it rode and could be the off road suspension feel. I found a few other posts about the same issue. One guy said his driveshaft was replaced which fixed his. I still don't think mine rides like it should and its most noticeable 60 kph and up. Putting weight in the back did not seem to help nor did putting different rims and tires on it. Can't say I am thrilled with the ride but it might be just the way it is.

These trucks should not have any vibration while driving. Dealers saying it's just the off road suspension or tires are being lazy or bad.

That thread settled down quite a bit. They replaced most of the tires, adjusted tire pressure, shock settings, and the iso dynamic seats. It seemed as the thread died that the issue was that it didn’t ride like their Hylander. I would have liked to have taken it for a spin to see for myself.

Pro, right with stock lifted suspension?

Front diff bearing vibration/noise due to lifted suspension as experienced on previous gens? Remedy was an aftermarket bushing replacement for the needle bearings.

Believe a thread was started about this issue with the 4th gens after suspension lifts.

Guess the dealer gets to figure it out. Should not be having issues on the truck.

I have a stock 2025 TRD OR with a 6ft bed and only 800 miles on it and am experiencing vibration issues around 25-35mph. It's not very noticeable when you accelerate past 35mph but when driving at a constant speed in that range it can be very annoying. It feels like something is reaching a natural frequency and inducing a vibration (tires, cv joints, driveshaft, etc). When slowing down to a stop it's also noticeable. I took it in today and the dealer drove my truck and another Tacoma (without me) and claimed that vibration is normal as the other Tacoma did it as well. I hopped in an SR5 with the service manager and we were unable to detect the same issue. The dealer did nothing other than a test drive of my truck and another truck. I am taking it back next week and dropping it off for an extended diagnosis and they stated they would open up a complaint with Toyota.

Try putting the truck in 4wheel drive and run they same test. If the noise/vibration disappears, the cause is the front differential bearing.

Same results in 4wd. I am taking the truck in on Monday and I am going to ask them to road force balance the tires.
