So I just finished installing my boss suspension kit from toytec. I went with new ome leafs and ome shackles. So my problem is driving from 5-20ish mph there is a very noticable vibration(no noise really). It's not like a loop from the engine it's a solid vibration. I installed the bpv bracket. I didn't install the diff drop yet could that be the problem??

also i installed my suspension in 2 phases. first the coil overs went in and i tried the leafs and couldn't get all the seized bolts out and gave up. i didn't get the vibration after the coil overs.. a week later got new bolts + shackles and installed the leafs. the vibration is mostly noticeable from 15-20 mph but is still there from 5-15 mph. its there wether my foot is on brake or gas.

good question.. not sure yet i haven't tried. in 45 mins ill have that answer since I will be leaving work any moment.

hmmm maybe just put some spacers on the carrier bearing? but yea that definitely would make sense since it only started happening after i put the rear suspension in.

I am guessing the new leafs changed your drive line angle .
Time to buy an angle finder and shim away

Some rule of thumb I was told once is 1 degree for each inch of lift. I went with 3 degree shims on my 3" rear lift and absolutely no vibes.
