Nice fix. Your picture reminds me about how much disdain I have for the dash and door panel material... shows every little smudge and mark.

MustangWilly, you are my hero! I was having a vibration around 2000 RPMs. Looks like this solved my problem.

Glad to hear! Mine made that noise as soon as I pulled it off the lot. Drove me nuts.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted in a while. I did fix the noise w/ the foam between the harness and the blower motor. That harness is pretty damn tight. Now that I have that noise fixed I hear another one in the back seat. I will deal with that one later.

Did you ever take apart the passenger door for your noise/vibration sound? Just curious?

Yes I did about a week or so ago. I didn't find anything loose or hanging that could vibrate against the inside panels. Once I put it back together I haven't experienced the vibration again. Maybe one of the snaps wasn't secured from the factory and when I reassembled it I did.

So the only vibration left is coming from the center console. Tomorrow I will attempt to pull the center console up and out to see if I can wrap the cables or whatever is in there with foam or something else. I will post pics if I do.

I know this is an older posting, but I just had a similar issue with my 2009 Tacoma. In the very front of the center consul located under the dash if you remove the front center console, you will find the SRS safety airbag control module. Mine has came loose and, causing the rattling noise. Hopefully it helps someone else not go insane like I did trying to locate the rattle.
