I am getting Vibration at 13MPH to 17MPH and then 23MPH till 27MPH no vibration at any speed in between and or high speed. At high speed the truck is driving smooth. Started after 1200 mile after I get EMU lift kit 3" total lift all four (heavy load) I did 15mm preload on driver side and 10 mm on passenger side (haven't done front bumper/winch yet. The same time I did all 3 u-joints and carrier bearing, Driver side CV excel (all OEM), and nice UCAs, driveline alignment, ECSG bushing upgrade.

First I thought it is due to driveline. I took out drive line drove the truck without drive line (in 4WD using front drive and vibration is exactly same). I checked the drive line all tight no play, put it back. Front passenger side inner cv boot is busted and I believe all grease is out, after driving 1200 miles after the lift, first I get noise like tin can is being beaten in the engine compartment, that noise is now gone but I feel rotational noise accompanying with vibration at the speeds mentioned above (13MPH to 17MPH and then 23MPH till 27MPH). Vibration in the steering wheel and gas/break paddles. I can feel it every bit of it.

I know cv excel is bad but how bad I don't know what else can go bad in these symptoms? Do I need to consider wheel bearing, and/or passenger side bearing (Clamshell Passenger Side Tube Bearing) going out as well. What should be a smart game plan, how to diagnose? Already spent a lot of money. Thanks a lot in advance.
