I took my truck back to the dealership I have the warranty, anyway I was told from a mechanic that my carrier bearing was bad, so I had them fix it. now I get a bass sounding vibration at 70 miles per hour, before it was fixed it was a wobble vibration.
These service guys at the dealership are Jerks! it's been horrible trying to get them to be honest with me so far or to take my truck serious. Anyway I belive either they screwed up or something, but it's wrong whatever it is. any ideas?thanks

Good idea was considering a different dealership or take it to another Mechanic, just am curious of what it could be, I've owned the truck 1 year and have had the timing chain replaced, the fan motor and now the carrier bearing supposedly, they claim anyways. sounds like a lot of repairs for such a newish truck and how expensive it was to get almost 28000.00 with now 99000 miles then it had 72000 on it. I think they would stand behind there reputation and do quality work. looks to me they just are taking short cuts or they aren't good mechanics or was wondering if aftermarket brands were used? not OEM? would that make a significant difference and cause the vibration?

With that mileage it could be wheel bearings...they tend to rumble when failing. I assume your truck isn't lifted.

Hmm, maybe, I'll look into to that. but it seems to feel like the drive line for some reason there isn't much bass sound like a subwoofer until 70 miles an hour think that's what got me curious if they did something wrong. but yes I'll have to check the bearings. tires are also cupped. I didn't catch it in time when they sold it to me. they also claimed they replaced a rear ball joint when they replaced the carrier bearing.

I also have a vibe in the what feels like the center bearing. It begins as a low rumble at 47 mph and grows louder to 55 then becomes less annoying. I have not take it to a dealer yet but with less than 34,000 miles on a 2012 I am not anticipating a problem. I'll let you know the results.

Took it back to the dealership, and they claim they can't find anything wrong, but say there is mud on the rim could cause the vibration. but I don't think so. I am yet to take it to a better Mechanic, but glad I got the carrier bearing replaced and a ujoint replaced

I had something similar, it sounded like I was driving over a rumble strip once I got above 55mph and I could feel a faint vibration. My carrier bearing was bad and they replaced the whole drive shaft which solved my problem. Hopefully you find a solution too.
