I just had my 5k service and they fixed this rattle for me.

They said that the way the A Pillar and speaker grate come together, causes the plastic to rub together which creates the rattle. They shaved off some of the excess plastic when the pieces rub and they added more sound deadening foam in the A Pillar. This seems to have fixed it for me. Nice and quiet now.

I know there is a post on here that walks you through this exact process, but I would recommend just taking to dealer. They didn't give me any problems and it was covered under warranty.

As it turns out, it was completely unrelated to the previous rattles I had... FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK lol

I have the same rattle in the front right on my brand new truck. I’ve taken it into the dealership multiple times but they couldn’t recreate the noise. One thing I noticed is it happens usually at night or when it’s cold or cloudy. Hardly ever if the sun is beating down somehow? I’m gonna try another dealership to see what they can do if not I literally can’t stand it and it makes me sick driving and hearing it.

I need help. I'm losing my damn mind. There is what sounds like somewhere between a shaking and a rattling that sounds like it's coming directly from my dash panel. I read a few of the replies here, and the dealer already fixed the a pillar, because I had that rattle too, but but they heard the shaking / rattling coming from what sounded like either around my radio or directly in front of my instrument panel, foamed it, and called it good. It's not. It honestly sounds like it made it worse. Does anybody know what is happening? I took it back to them again, and this time they fixed the rattle in my passenger speaker, but they said that they couldn't hear anything in the dash. B*******. Sounds exactly the same as the last two times I took it in. Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I'm seriously going to lose it.

this has been an ongoing issue since 2016 and there is actually a TSB out on it, i had it in mine especially on colder days and a small piece of rubber tucked neatly between the A pillar and the tweeter cover edge worked just fine.

I had the same rattle. Showed my CAA card in there between the dash and pillar and haven't had the rate since.
