    Hey TW,

I know this topic has been covered many times throughout the forum. However, I'm hoping I can get a more specific solution for my situation. My truck has recently obtained the 15-45mph vibration. The take off shudder and gas pedal vibration have been there for awhile. The vibrations can be felt towards the rear of the truck and it feels as if my floor and gas pedal has a cell phone vibrating in it constantly (at all speeds), and my driver seat is a massage chair(15-45mph).

When I do a slow crawl (5mph) my truck feels like it's driving on a series of lumps all equally spaced apart.

    I have a 2005 Prerunner TRD Sport.

I have had a 2.5" front lift (OME 885) 1/2" Spacer and TSB Leafs in the rear since I got the truck used 15,000 miles ago and never felt anything till about 1,000 miles ago.

All the vibrations have added up and are starting to bother the sh*t out of me.

    I recently bought:
265/75/16 Falken Wildpeak ATs + Eagle Alloys
Gas pedal vibrations have been there before the new tires.

    Things I have tried:
1/4" spacer for the Carrier Bearing but it seems to be worse than before.
Replacing all 3 u-joints with zerk fittings.
The hwy vibrations might just as well be the new tires. However the take off shudder has been felt with the stock tires.

If anyone can offer any solutions or advice it would be greatly appreciated!!

    Thanks in advance!

I'm getting a vibration as well but at highway speeds between 60-75mph. Goes away below 55 and above 80. Seems like its coming from the back end part of the truck. I don't feel it in the steering wheel. I have a 2012 DCSB Sport 4x4. Only thing I've done is Bilstein 5100's in the front set at 1.75. Rear is completely stock. When the vibration is happening and no one is in the passenger seat, you can see the seat vibrating big time.

Let me know if you or anybody have any ideas.
