Vibration up Front

    96 Tacoma 4x4
    I have a 96 Tacoma 4x4 and have a very notiable vibration and drumming noise that is now beginning to appear at around 40 mph. It's almost like something is out of balance. Initially I only felt this as I let off the gas and began to slow down. My first thought was possibly U-joints. Has anyone else out there experienced this symptom or care to suggest to place to start looking ?

    I had that issue with 12 and ended up with new rotors. Still feel a little vib every now and then.
    Should be able to turn your rotors and be good to go
