For one on the RF balancing, they won't RF it for the price of a regular balance. Because road force requires them to dismount the tire and spin it. They want to charge the full price of mounting and balance. Road force is just a fancy name for match mounting.

This is outside of OPs situation though since he purchased and mounted at the same place.

That is great, but I am not sure you read the rest of my posts. If you glean anything from the advice here from those that know, the cone is the key along with having someone who knows what they are doing. The two go almost hand in hand. The conversation should be as simple as this "Do you know how to balance OE Toyota truck wheels?" and the response should be "Yes, we have the Toyota cone". Any deviation from a response like that and you are playing tire roulette. There is a chance they could get lucky, and with the number of times you have tried and failed so far, you are probably due, but you asked, we answered. The rest is up to you.

I got it back from the dealer and it looks like they got 99% of the vibration. no vibration until about 78-80mph, and still not nearly as much when it is occurring.

It also looks like 1/2 oz of the full oz of weights he address to one of the wheels has fallen off

That's better, I possible it could get better. Have them re balance it again, spin the tire on the wheel. Hope the tire store reimburses you back.

I have the same issue with my truck and haven’t resolved it. Maybe taking it to the dealership to swap tires is the next step. My vibrations start at 55ish and get better after about 60-61 but it is still present.

The OP's problem started after new tires. It's a balance or tire problem. It didn't exist before.

I have great experience with having Toyota do the tire balancing. Never failed me even with my difficult to balance Goodyear duratrac. Drives Smooth as butter.

It is goofy to me though, that the place that does nothing but tires (and at a high volume)can't get it right, but the dealer could. but at this point i know where to take it now when i need a rotate and balance.

So true. I bought my duratrac at integrity tire. They can't for the life of me balance it right. I bit the bullet and went to Toyota and it's been great since. Smooth as butter .

Old thread and old trick, but it works. I had a problem tire (new Michelins) balanced 3 times. Shake at highway speeds, lots of weight. So, I had them rotate it 180 and rebalance today. The weight was cut in half, and the ride is smooth.

Sorry, rekindling this one. I have the same issue with my brand new Goodyear UltraTerrain ATs. When this gentleman says, "rotate it," I assume he's saying rotate the weight stack, is that correct?
