So low speeds fine and high speeds bumpy?

I'd check the driveshaft for balance. If not that, tires. Maybe you have a separating belt in one of them. That can get dangerous.

 

Maybe someone put some sick beats in the truck? What was your volume at?

On the freeway it feels like kicking my seat or or gently hitting me from behind over and over dealership says that normal

 

Or I didn't notice it because I never took it on the freeway

 

Well, since this is the 2nd run from the OP on the same matter.

I'll offer a suggestion. Go to the local big box DIY store. Buy 10 bags of Quikrete. Place them in the bed between the front of the box and the rear axle. Take the truck for a ride on your bumpy highway.

Report back about the ride and the kicking under your seat.
