So my 2010 Pre-runner 2nd gen started vibrating. When I start driving or braking in the 1mph-15mph range the truck vibrates. I don’t believe it is the engine or transmission. As I have let the truck roll a small incline on neutral. The truck vibrates. Also when going on the freeway and I start braking there’s times the truck vibrates. I believe that it’s the bearings of the rotors but wanted to ask for you guys input.

The bearings at the front near the rotors are the wheel bearing.
And your symptoms don’t describe failing wheel bearings.

It kind of sounds like a bad center support bearing?

Vibration under braking usually means front rotors. Vibration while driving can be, as TnShooter said, center support bearing aka carrier bearing. You may want to check for unbalanced tires, or possible flat spots.

So I already lifted the truck the tried to wobble the tires holding them at 12 and 6. Nothing. Forgive my ignorance but how do I check carrier bearing? Do I just try to wobble the drive shaft?

Crawl under and shake it, look at the rubber bushing as well.
Some play is normal with these trucks. It’s definitely hard to explain what normal is.
It’s one of those things you just have to “get a feel for”.

FWIW, in my experience. By the time you get play at 6 and 12.
You’re long past the other symptoms of a wheel bearing. They will howl/growl and roar, way before you get any movement.

So I’m understanding standing to just change them, don’t wait until there is play on 12 and 6. Another note. As I’m driving And the truck is vibrating there is no odd noises.

When my wheel bearings went bad, I didn’t feel anything when taking off.
I got a roast sound, and the sound changed tone when going into/out of a curve.

What you described isn’t indicative of a wheel bearing. I’d would inspect the drive shaft and carrier bearing.
