2012 base model 4x4 automatic 4 cyl. Got a slight vibration at 40-50 mph. I let off the gas and it goes away. I'm thinking u joints. Any thoughts? I'll crawl under it after work to inspect.

Go under the truck and move the drive shaft to see if there is any play.

U-joints or carrier bearing are prime suspects here.

My vibration is from about 1000rpm to 2000rpm. I’m just waiting for a warm day to swap my carrier bearing and u-joints. If I let off the gas, mine goes away too. I have 150k miles on my DS.

No play whatsoever. Going to take it in and have it looked at.
