Have a 2010 tacoma TRD Accees Cab with 188,000 miles. Have a slight vibration between 40 and 44 mph. More noticeable pulling a slight grade. Replaced carrier bearing. Still a vibration. I went from 16 inch rims to 17 inch rims.
    Any suggestions.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Have the rear leaf springs been replaced under recall, yet?

There are a multitude of threads on the subject of vibrations.
    The easiest problems to mention:
    Road-Force balance the tires
Check alignment - probably the align/balance with the pulling problem you're having
Grease your drive-shaft fittings regularly, ~5k miles
Get on the highway and engage 4HI, if there are no vibrations, could be the needle-bearing in the transfer case. There is a clam-shell fix by ECGS for this.

I had a low rpm vibration. A full transmission flush at the dealer fixed it. I think it was only 200 bucks. That should last me another 200k miles.
