So I've been trying to track down this problem on my own but there is nothing I could find. What I find is a slight vibration in the steering wheel. It's not consistent. I don't notice it unless I'm on the freeway doing like 75. I jacked up the front and checked for anything loose on the front and found nothing. I have good brakes with a slight warped rotor feeling when I get on them at times. I have trd wheels with Falken wildpeak at3 265 70 17. Truck has about 71k miles on 2015 4.0 4x4 dc base. Maybe you guys have some ideas. I heard rumor of possible rotor issues but all I have is the slightest warped rotors. My wheels / tires are rotated, balanced and had a recent alignment. If it was on my car I would say it feels consistent bent rim feeling. Thanks for any info.

Possibly wheel bearings or inner/outer tie rods. I would start with the cheapest fix which would be brakes and work from there. Another common issue is the intermediate shaft where the ujoint wears out and gives you considerable play.

Who balanced your wheels/tires? This is the first area I would spend time on. I would re-rotate your tires to see if the vibration changes/disappears.

Ask your repair shop about road force balancing if the front end parts check
    Out ok.
