Lately in the winter month I have noticed that my Tacoma has started to have a very rough idle at stop lights and even in park. I have changed the oil put full synthetic in, it seemed to help a little bit but not really. Is it just the cold weather or is there another problem I should be worried about?

probably the crappy winter gas. try running a tank of premium and see if that helps.
