Did you look at the bottom of the upper CV boot on both sides and get a photo of those? (run your tires straight before that check) The puck lift option at least provides the opportunity to assess the top/bottom of the CV boots on both sides for friction between the boot fins. That will provide an idea on the amount of lift that you can do with a proper suspension lift and not have accelerated CV boot wear. You can also raise the front corner of the truck until the front tire is off the ground and check droop. I did the same scenario on my 3rd gen as a method to determine max lift height while maintaining CV boot longivity. Also I ensured if max droop would be a problem if I took the truck off pavement before a proper suspension lift while the puck was installed.

This is the the only other picture I took. I wasn't about to crawl under the truck just before I left for work.

Checking the CV boot angles and potential fin rubbing is beneficial, as is max unloaded droop with a puck spacer.

It's a 1.5" spacer, the angle differences were going to be borderline unnoticeable without a direct before and after photo.

if the front suspension geometry is similar in design to the turd gen, a 1.5" puck will give approximately 3" of lift.

Check your droop with that puck.

Similar can be used loosely, there are multiple changes that were made though.

    Not even close.

You are still learning aren't you..

"Similar" was in repect to the lift that resulted vs preload installed (or puck as done on your truck)

Did you install the puck lift? Do you know if the puck is 1.5" thick or .75" thick?

Do you know the actual change in lift with x% increase in preload?

Have you measured the center of the hub to fender lip before and after the puck intall to know exactly the amount of lift attained? pictures don't mean much.

3rd gen had approximately 2 to 1 ratio, lift vs preload. (1" puck produces 2" lift) Everything I've read indicates very similar results with the 4th gen.

Here are the CV angles on a Gen 4 with the proposed TRD lift kit that will be marketed for the 4th gen offering ~ 2.5" of front lift.

and with 2.5" of front lift obtained with the new TRD offroad lift that will be available

In reality your lift is a .75" spacer offering 1.5" of lift,, similar to what the 3rd gen with a .75" spacer acheives as I thought you were capable of understanding earlier in the thread. Class over for the day.

lots of excuses and accusations without any evidence.. Face it.. you don't even
know which puck lift the dealer put on for you. They must have seen you coming a mile
    away.

You are so wrapped up in yourself you are unable to follow logical communication without erupting like pimple on a teenagers face.

WRONG! It is a 1.5" lift. Understand the difference yet?

Better let the dealer know someone told you that they lied to you so that you don't get taken advantage of anymore.

Oh for fucks sake, please tell me where I said it wasn't a 1.5" lift. You're the one trying to tell me I put a 3" lift on my truck. But since we're here, what size is the spacer?
